The final text is being prepared by the platform's lawyer. In the meantime, this is what is already true today:

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

The platform never receives card or bank account details of donors.

Your e-mail and phone are never shown publicly. Only the public name you choose appears on the site, and only after the shelter confirms your payment.
